Before You Register
What You Will Need
A short checklist so you can finish registration in one visit.
There is nothing complicated here: four documents and two contacts. Bring them along to your tour and we can complete everything on the day.
Documents to bring
Birth certificate
A photocopy is fine. We do not need the original. This confirms your child's date of birth so we can place them in the right class.
Immunisation card
Up to date for your child's age. If any vaccinations are outstanding, tell us. It will not stop you registering, we just need to know.
Medical and allergy notes
Anything our teachers should know: allergies, asthma, medication, dietary requirements, or conditions that affect daily care. We cook fresh meals on site and can cater for most dietary needs with notice.
Two emergency contacts
Names and phone numbers of two adults we may call if we cannot reach you, and who are authorised to collect your child.

Decide roughly what pattern suits your family before you come in. We can always adjust later with 30 days notice.
